Question: Can anyone rent an Airtstream from BCQH?
Answer: Our criteria for renting the Airstream will depend on the use. Please call us to see if we can help you. For 2020, our main focus will be Weddings, Promo and Movies.
Question: Can my vehicle tow the Airstream?
Answer: The basic requirements to tow the Airstream are: a vehicle with a towing capacity of 5000lbs or higher, a 7-pin connector and a 2″ hitch receiver. We also require a working brake controller. If your vehicle is not equipped with one, you can rent one from us. The hitch and equalizer bars are included in your rental.
Question: What can I do if my vehicle does not meet the minimum requirements?
Answer: We offer drop off and pick up to most places. When choosing this option, the trailer will be brought to your location and setup for you.
Question: How much does it cost to rent the Airstream?

Question: How do I book?
Answer: The only way to reserve the Airstream is to give a $100 deposit, which will secure your requested dates. eTransfer is the preferred method, but we also accept other forms of payment.
Question: If I need to cancel, do I get my deposit back?
Answer: The $100 deposit is non-refundable. However, you will have one full calendar year to use it again on a future booking.
Question: Are pets allowed?
Answer: No pets are allowed in the Airstream.
Question: Is there any flexibility with the Pick up and Return Time?
Answer: Yes, but with some caveats. Everyone wants to leave as early as possible and return it as late as possible. We tried our best to accommodate each one of our renters. Keep in mind that when the trailer comes back and leaves again on the same day, return and pick up time will be more strict. So far, we always were able to make it work for both parties. If you really need to leave early, then you will need to book the day before.
Question: What does RICH mean?
Answer: The RICH experience is new for 2020 and it only applies to Weddings, Promos and movies. It stands for Request Individualized Customized Highlights. In other words, the Airstream will be prepared exactly to your needs and wants.
Question: What is included with the Airstream?
Answer: Camping: The Airstream comes with: hitch and eq-bars, propane, toilet chemicals, two director chairs, bedding for the main bed, kitchen ware, and outdoor stove + fuel.
Question: Do I have to refill the propane tanks?
Answer: No. The propane is included in your rental fees. However, it is to be used strictly with BCQH equipment only. For example, if you use our propane firepit, use our propane. If you bring your propane firepit, you need to use your own propane tank(s).
